Description
Snap peas are a cross between the garden and snow pea. They have plump edible pods with a crisp, snappy texture. Snap peas are not shelled but eaten intact with the pod. Snow peas are sometimes called Chinese pea pods. This variety has pale green pods that contain petite flattened peas. They are never shelled but eaten intact.
